October 2009 – John Jeffery Consulting Limited

After eleven years of successful self-employed trading and as a result of recent significant growth in levels of business the consultancy is now registered as a limited company. A major contributor to this growth is undoubtedly this website, designed and managed by Navigate Design Limited of Petersfield. Online enquiries have increased six-fold since the site was created in November 2008.

This increase in enquiries, together with a higher than normal conversion rate, has resulted in business levels exceeding all expectations (even in the current economic climate).

Considerable efforts are currently underway to establish a network of outsourcing partners for consulting and training activities. This will enable a solution to be proposed for all enquiries, even if it is not possible to service them personally. It goes without saying that all outsourcing partners will be thoroughly evaluated (and re-evaluated on an ongoing basis) to ensure that service delivery matches or exceeds the level currently provided.
